REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CERTIFIED LABORATORY SERVICES
FOR WATER ANALYSIS - 2025 TO 2027
The Ville de Bécancour is requesting bids for the provision of professional services for the analysis of drinking water as well as wastewater and industrial water by a laboratory accredited by the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP).
Plans, specifications and tender forms can be obtained from the SEAO (Système électronique d'appels d'offres) by visiting the website www.seao.gouv.qc.ca and entering the number 03-02.01.05-016.
Only persons, companies or corporations having obtained the tender document directly from the SEAO and having a place of business in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) or the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) are eligible to bid.
Tenders, in sealed envelopes, addressed to the undersigned and identified as "Professional Services - Certified Water Testing Laboratory Services - 2025 to 2027", will be received at the Town Hall, 1295 avenue Nicolas-Perrot, Bécancour (Québec) G9H 1A1, until 11 a.m. on December 12, 2024, for immediate public opening.
The City assumes no responsibility for incomplete, erroneous or omitted written notices or documents transmitted via the electronic system. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bid.
