Description
The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") wishes to retain the services of a supplier or suppliers interested in providing, upon request, professional internal audit services (the "Services").
The call for tenders comprises eight (8) lots:
- Lot A: Project Monitoring - Information Resources
- Lot B: Infrastructure Project Monitoring
- Lot C: Consulting and ad hoc mandates
- Lot D: Action Plan Follow-up
- Lot E: Annual Planning Process
- Lot F: Compliance with international internal audit standards and preparation for external quality review
- Lot G: Governance, risk management and control processes
- Lot H: Theft and fraud risk management
The bidder may submit a bid for one or more lots.
The Services will be provided in accordance with the General and Special Conditions.
The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years, from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. However, the contracts for lots F, G and H are non-renewable.
