Description
The ARTM wishes to obtain Tenders in the form of an offer of services for Professional Services in graphic design, all in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this Call for Tenders document.
The selected firm will be responsible for graphic design and/or advertising, multi-platform graphic variations, production of internal/external communication tools and universal accessibility.
Graphic productions to be produced include, but are not limited to:
- Corporate publications; budgets, annual reports, etc;
- Layout of various corporate documents in various formats such as Word and Power point;
- Fact sheets and pricing tools;
- Pass holders;
- Brochures;
- Newsletters;
- Invitation cards;
- Calendars;
- Christmas cards;
- Business cards;
- Cartography (finishing);
- Computer graphics;
- Stationery;
- Stickers;
- Advertising concepts and/or concept variations;
- Printed posters;
- Newspaper advertising;
- Web banners;
- Digital visuals (website, social media, newsletter, blinds, billboards, etc.).
The proposed design and variations must be in line with the current and future graphic environment of the ARTM brand. A graphic standards user guide (attached) is currently available to guide the use of the logo, colors and fonts. This graphic standards guide may evolve in the near future. There is another graphic standards guide for our Chrono mobile application, which may be sent out after the contract has been awarded.
