The Ville de Saint-Félicien is seeking bids for professional engineering services for the design of plans and specifications for roadway rehabilitation including culvert replacement on rang Double Nord, between route 167 and boulevard Saint-Félicien.

Tenders must be submitted to the Service du greffe de la Ville de Saint-Félicien, Suite 310.0 (3rd floor) at 1209, boulevard du Sacré-Cœur, Saint-Félicien (Québec) G8K 2R5, in sealed envelopes marked SOUMISSION 2024-042/P138 - SERVICES PROFESSIONNELS EN INGÉNIERIE - REFECTION DU RANG DOUBLE NORD, one marked "A - Offre de services" and the other marked "B - Offre de prix", no later than 2 p.m. (local time) on Monday, November 4, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened in the Boardroom (3rd floor), immediately following the end of the aforementioned bidding period.

For this call for tenders, the Ville de Saint-Félicien is using a weighting and evaluation system based, in addition to price, on a qualitative evaluation, as set out in the tender document. To be retained, a bid must obtain a minimum of seventy (70) points in the qualitative evaluation. The "B - Price offer" envelopes of bidders who do not obtain this score will be returned unopened by the selection committee.
