In accordance with Public Procurement Law No. 19.886, Decree No. 250 that establishes the regulations and its modifications, the Local Public Education Service of Llanquihue, calls for public bidding to natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers of the area, or Temporary Union of Suppliers, to establish the "ACQUISITION OF THE PRODUCTION SERVICE AND EDUCATIONAL ARTISTIC MEDIATION FOR THE SCHOOL BAND FESTIVAL OF THE MABEL CONDEMARIN ENGLISH SCHOOL IN THE LOS MUERMOS COMMUNITY, DEPENDING ON THE LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE OF LLANQUIHUE", in order to satisfy its demand in an efficient and effective way. This consists of contracting production services and educational artistic mediation for a school band festival for the Local Public Education Service of Llanquihue, the supplier must perform the technical production of the festival, amplification, lighting, stage, animation, guest band and technical support, along with the integral accompaniment of the participating school bands, including their transportation, support in their staging, evaluation of their experience, among others. The festival will take place in the courtyard of the Mabel Condemarín School in Los Muermos, on December 11 at 10:30 am, inviting other schools in the commune and in Puerto Varas and Frutillar. The participating schools are: Colegio Mabel Condemarín Sede - Los Muermos, Colegio Nueva Braunau - Puerto Varas, Liceo Pedro Aguirre Cerda - Puerto Varas, Liceo Industrial Chileno-Alemán - Frutillar, Escuela Claudio Matte - Frutillar -, the training material must be delivered to each establishment and the holder.
In view of the above, the Local Service convenes this bidding process in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No. 19,886 and Decree No. 250 that establishes its regulations and its amendments, in order to meet its demand in an efficient and effective manner.
The Administrative Bases and its Technical Bases establish the conditions that will govern the bidding and the subsequent contract to be entered into, in order to comply with this objective.
