Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Monday 29 July 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 29 July 2024 at 15.01 hours till Wednesday 31 Ju;y 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 31 July 2024as from 13.45 hours.
