The Ministry of Health and Wellnessis inviting bids from qualified and eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Orthopaedic Implants for all hospitals for 2 years- 2024 to 2026. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: HEALTH/IFB/2024/1767. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 10 December 2024 up to 13:29 hours (Mauritian Time). 4. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding document and submitted at latest by Tuesday 10 December 2024 up to 13:29 hours (Mauritian Time) to the Deputy Chief Executive, Central Procurement Board, 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose Hill, Republic of Mauritius. 5. Bids not accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document shall be rejected. 6. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 10 December 2024 as from 14:31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 12 December 2024 upto 14:00 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 7. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 12 December 2024 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours. (Mauritian Time).
