Description
The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") is seeking bids from suppliers interested in supplying it with central uninterruptible power supplies (the "Equipment").
The Equipment will be supplied by the successful bidder (the "Supplier") in accordance with Sépaq's requirements, under a standing contract and in accordance with these general and special conditions.
Each piece of Equipment required has the following features, which are included in the unit price:
i) Network access type with USB and RJ45 sockets;
ii) Voltage required: 1500 VA (volt-ampere) or 1.35 kW (kilowatts);
iii) Compatible UPS Management Information Base certified to RFC-1628 or earlier versions: RFC-4133, RFC-2737 or RFC-2037;
iv) Must include a network card compatible with a submitted UPS (included in the price);
v) UPS with "in-line" technology (the Supplier must supply a UPS with LCD screen and in "Rackmount" format);
vi) Pure sine wave output in standby mode.
The estimated quantity of Equipment required during the course of the contract is approximately one hundred (100) units.
Sépaq estimates the first order at approximately twenty-five (25) units. Subsequent orders will be approximately twenty-five (25) units per order.
The approximate quantity is based on previous data and is provided for information purposes only. Under no circumstances shall the bidder consider these quantities as a guarantee of any order from Sépaq.
Within twenty-one (21) days of an order from Sépaq, the Supplier shall deliver the Equipment to the Aquarium du Québec, located at 1675, avenue des Hôtels, Québec (Québec) G1W 4S3.
The supply contract is for a period of one (1) year, commencing January 31, 2025 and ending no later than January 30, 2026.
