No: NTC/IFB/2024/59 1.      The National Transport Corporationis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or   entities incorporated in Mauritius and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of One Hundred (100) Fully Built High Floor Diesel Buses. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System  https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NTC/IFB/2024/59 3.     Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System on Tuesday 15 October 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 4.      Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 15 October 2024 as from14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till  Thursday 17 October 2024 at 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 5.       Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Thursday 17 October 2024 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours in the Conference Room of the Central Procurement Board.                                The Conference Room                          Central Procurement Board                            1st Floor, Social Security House                            Julius Nyerere Avenue                            Rose Hill                            Rep. Mauritius   6.      The Bidder Shall furnish a Bid Security of either  MUR 3,000,000 or USD 65,000 or EURO 57,500 or GBP 48,500 and shall be submitted manually to the Central Procurement Board by the deadline date for submission of Bids. 7.      The National Transport Corporationreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.                                                                                                                                                                                                         06 September 2024
