The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (MCIA) is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius opened to local bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Procurement for the Supply and Laying of Waterproofing Membrane and Ancillary Works for the Buildings of MCIA across Mauritius 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCIA/IFB/2024/173 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 24 September 2024, up to 13.30hrs. (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 24 September 2024, from 16.01 hrs. till Thursday 26 September2024 up to 13.30 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 26 September 2024as from 13.31 hrs. Committee Room MCIA, Head Office Moka Road, Reduit 6. The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
