Comprising the CHUL, Hôtel-Dieu de Québec, Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus, Hôpital du Saint-Sacrement and Hôpital Saint-François d'Assise, the CHU de Québec-Université Laval is the largest university hospital center in Quebec, and one of the largest in Canada. The CHU de Québec-Université Laval wishes to acquire 185 industrial label printers to meet its internal needs.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to CHU de Québec-Université Laval. The name and address of the bidder and the tender number must be written on the outside of the envelope.

TENDER OPENING

Bids will be opened by designated CHU de Québec-Université Laval personnel one element after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. Tenders will be opened publicly via the Teams application.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS

CHU de Québec-Université Laval does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.

COMPLIANCE

The goods proposed in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the specifications. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements, the bidder should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative can be found by issuing an addendum.
