Printing of "White Vellum" shipping envelopes (ENV-51.B)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Revenu Québec requires a service provider to manufacture "White Vellum" (ENV-51.B) shipping envelopes. These envelopes must comply with the standards and specifications specified in the call for tenders.

Services must be performed on the premises of the service provider and goods must be delivered to 1665, boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, Québec (Québec) G1N 3Y7.

The term of the contract is one year.

OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tender documents are available from the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO).

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS

Bids must be marked in the tender documents and sent to the following address:

no later than December 9, 2024 at 2 p.m., local time, to the attention of Josée Famane.

Tenders will be opened publicly by teleconference at 2 p.m. local time on December 11, 2024. You may also attend in person at 1:50 p.m. at the reception desk located at the security station near the gates, quoting your first and last name, the title and the tender number. A security officer will contact the designated contact person to escort you to the dedicated room.

SERVICE PROVIDERS ELIGIBLE TO BID

Only qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and who have obtained the tender documents distributed by SEAO are eligible to submit a bid.

STANDARD - SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE ENVIRONMENT

The service provider who provides, with its tender, proof that it meets the certification below concerning a specification related to sustainable development and the environment will be granted a preferential margin of 3%:

- FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification

COMPLAINT AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE

A complaint may be lodged if the current call for tenders contains conditions that do not ensure fair and equitable treatment of competitors, do not allow competitors to participate even though they are qualified to meet the expressed needs, or do not otherwise comply with the normative framework.

All complaints must be sent electronically to the person responsible for enforcing the contractual rules, no later than November 25, 2024, at the following address
