Description
Hadsel Municipality will establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of printed school books.Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/174718953.aspx.
Hadsel Municipality invites interested tenderers to apply for inclusion in the purchasing system. Inclusion in the purchasing system does not involve a procurement obligation for Hadsel Municipality, or a delivery obligation for suppliers. A contract will not be signed before a contest has been held under the system. The first qualification round will last for 30 days. Hadsel Municipality cannot, therefore, start to hold contests under the system until 30 days have elapsed and we have assessed all applications for admission received within the deadline.Estimated valueUp to NOK 3,500,000 million excluding VAT over four years. The value is subject to change as the strategy for the use of printed school books vs. digital teaching aids can change, as well as changes to the budgets, and political/administrative decisions and routines can influence the final scope. The estimated value is partially based on figures obtained from previous procurements and the estimate for the future need.About Hadsel MunicipalityHadsel Municipality is in Vesterålen and is a municipality with more than 8000 inhabitants. The municipal centre is on Hadseløya and is called Stokmarknes. Hadsel Municipality is split over four islands (Langøya, Hinnøya, Hadseløya and Austvågøy). We have a total of five schools on these four islands.
