Preparation of execution plans and modification of as-built documentation; preparation of a construction schedule and construction sequence plan; procurement and delivery of 20 flexible linear position measuring systems incl. and associated pressure pipes (2 each as spare parts); procurement and delivery of 8 sets of seals for the door cylinders (piston and rod seals, 2 as spare parts); procurement and delivery of 8 sets of seals for the ULV cylinders (piston and rod seals, 2 as spare parts); procurement of 2 sets of piston rods for the door cylinders as spare parts; procurement of 2 sets of piston rods for the ULV cylinders as spare parts; renewal of all installed valves incl. the seals on all cylinders; overhaul and cleaning of the door cylinders; replacement of all valves incl. the seals on all cylinders; overhaul and cleaning of the door cylinders; replacement of the piston rods for the ULV cylinders as spare parts. the seals on all cylinders; overhaul and cleaning of the installed valve blocks on all cylinders including any necessary disassembly and reassembly; overhaul of all piston rods (12 pieces), including grinding and re-chroming the piston rods incl. This includes grinding and re-chroming the piston rods, including all necessary work; making adjustments to the piston rods of the door cylinders (including enlarging and lengthening the core hole) to accommodate the new WMS including magnets and pressure tubes; designing and manufacturing mounts for the pressure tubes and WMS heads of the new WMS on the door cylinder bases. In future, it should be possible to change the WMS without oil. But the pressure tubes should also be replaceable (not oil-free); design and manufacture of IP 68 covers for the door cylinders, including adaptation work on the cylinder bases, which will be necessary for mounting the new covers; make adjustments to the door cylinder bases in order to accommodate the pressure tubes in an oil-tight manner on the one hand, and to be able to attach the mounts for the tubes and WMS heads on the other and, finally, to be able to accommodate the new covers again.Disassembly of the hydraulic cylinders incl. disposal of the old hydraulic oil; diagnosis of the hydraulic cylinders incl. preparation and handover of diagnosis reports with photo documentation to the client; conversion of the caulking gate cylinders to the new WMS incl. ring magnets and pressure pipes; replacement of the rod and piston seals on all cylinders; local repair of damaged parts of the coatings or corrosion spots on the cylinders and add-on parts.Replacement of all screws on all cylinders that were opened during the overhaul; complete reassembly of the now overhauled cylinders, including the reinstallation of the piston rods, the valve blocks incl. valves, the new WMS incl. all accessories, the old WMS on the ULV cylinders, the covers etc.; filling the cylinders with new hydraulic oil; carrying out pressure and function tests on the cylinders and the new WMS of the door cylinders incl. handover of detailed reports. Transport and return transport of 3 x 4 hydraulic cylinders (incl. accessories) by freight forwarder from the client to the contractor; Transport and return transport of the hydraulic drives provided by the client incl. control unit by freight forwarder from the client to the contractor; Transport of the spare parts to be handed over at the end by freight forwarder from the contractor to the client.
