Description

Services under the PREPA Clés regional training scheme, covering key skills and know-how to help people suffering from illiteracy or illeglectronicism, allophones and people needing to reinforce their basic and general skills prior to training leading to a qualification/certificate.
In addition, some batches are expected to include half-day regional events on the theme of combating illiteracy.
Each framework agreement covers the implementation of a single type of course, with the exception of lot 4, which covers the implementation of two courses.
The "Je revois l'essentiel" ("I review the basics") program (lots 1 to 7) is aimed at young people and adults with no qualifications or with the first levels of qualifications, who are not very independent, and who are having difficulty finding social and professional integration, or are at risk of doing so.
The "I'm consolidating my skills" pathway (lots 8 to 12) is aimed at people with or without professional experience, with priority given to those at qualification levels 3 to 4 who need to upgrade their skills.
The "je progresse en français" ("I'm progressing in French") program (lots 13 to 16, and lot 4) is aimed at people with or without professional experience, whose needs are specifically related to the development of French as a Foreign Language (FLE).
These courses are described in detail in the CCTP (cf. art. 3.2.1 "Skills areas" and 3.2.2 "The three PREPA Clés courses").
The framework agreement is based on a purchase order with a minimum value (Euros) and a maximum quantity of the following Work Units (UO) (presence and quantity vary according to the lots): Hour /group (UO1), - Hour/trainee in center (UO2), - CléA Certification (UO3), Half-day Animation (UO4). These minimum and maximum limits are specified for each lot in Appendix 1 of the CCAP (included in the downloadable DCE of the consultation).
