Description

At the request of Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning De Jonge, the State Property Agency has launched this tender for the purchase of 2,000 flex homes. This follows Minister De Jonge's recent decision to help address the asylum crisis. The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations has agreed with co-governments to give extra priority to the provision of locations for such flex homes. It is a first step towards creating a permanent flexible shell of temporary housing.For further information see the Tender Guidelines Section 2.1
The scope of the contract per lot concerns:j) 12 temporary housing units of type PMC 11;k) 12 temporary housing units of type PMC 12;l) 12 temporary housing units of type PMC 13; andm) 12 temporary housing units of type PMC 14.The specification of each housing type has been written out in the Programme of Requirements.Tenderers are asked to calculate a price per lot for the configuration of the housing units according to the three building configurations below.When the contract is awarded, a choice will be made (depending on the location) for one of the 3 types of building configuration:n) Type of building configuration 1: U-formo) Type of building configuration 2: Corridorp) Type of building configuration 3: GalleryPrinciples of building configuration:q) The temporary dwellings should be stackable to form a 3-storey complex;r) Length of the building, depth of dwellings and length of arms in U-form are free to be filled in/designed by the Tenderer in order to fit in as much as possible with existing concepts;s) Depth and width of the dwellings in the building may vary. The requirement is that the facade(s) without access must be in one plane/line of sight;t) The different wings in the U-shape and corridor dwellings do not have to be connected by a covered access;u) The depth in the corridor dwellings may vary on the side of the access. The facade without access must be in one plane/line of sight;v) The building configuration and access must comply with legislation (Building Code), including fire safety. See description Parcel 1
