Description
The Régie intermunicipale du center de valorisation des matières résiduelles du Haut-Saint-François et de Sherbrooke (Valoris) wishes to receive bids for the pre-purchase of process mechanical equipment, including electrical and automation components for the sequential biological reactor (SBR) and tertiary filtration as part of the project to modify the leachate treatment system at the technical landfill site. In general, the pre-purchase includes : - The selection of equipment to be supplied to the contractor during the leachate treatment system modification work; - The preparation of shop drawings and other documents; - The manufacture of equipment; - The transportation, delivery and storage of equipment; - Performance testing, personnel training and the provision of warranties; - Assistance during installation and commissioning. All in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this tender document. The tertiary filtration of the new treatment system will be carried out using a sand filter, while for secondary treatment, two treatment scenarios are envisaged for the SBR. These scenarios will subsequently be described as Scenarios 1 and 2 below: Scenario 1: Sequential biological reactor with integrated thickening Scenario 2: Sequential biological reactor with continuous feed Scenario 3: Conventional sequential biological reactor This call for tenders allows bidders to submit a bid on either of these scenarios. No other technology may be proposed under this call for tenders.
