Description
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure a General Contractor to perform, without limiting the project scope, the supply and installation of all components necessary for the Malton Community Centre Facility Renewal Project. The scope of work includes:-flooring replacement in the library and fitness area,-replacing the library circulation desk-renovation of the existing washrooms-replacement of hot water tanks, sump pumps, and a rooftop unit-replacing sections of the roof and localized roof repairs-replacement of the power distribution system, including the transformer, mainswitchboard, and distribution panels, and a step down transformerLocation: Malton Community Centre, 3540 Morning Star DriveMore detailed information is included in Appendix C Statement of Work and the Specifications and Drawings included in this bid request.
