Description

The project involves the creation of Reference Plans for proposed 1-metre permanent easements on 51 distinct properties located on Ashprior Avenue, backing into Matheson Boulevard West between Tiz Road and McLaughlin Road. Properties are located between 575 to 733 Ashprior Avenue as shown in Schedule A of the SOW. Each reference plan can contain multiple properties on one plan, based on the scale and extent of the information shown on the plan. The successful Bidder (the selected survey firm) will be responsible for all aspects of the surveying process, from initial site assessments to the final submission of approved and deposited Reference Plans. Time is of the essence. All Reference Plans must be completed and submitted to the City in accordance with the timelines set out in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Work. The successful Bidder must demonstrate that they have access to sufficient resources to meet the Project deadlines. They must also demonstrate that they have sufficient knowledge to meet the Project criteria.
