Description
The City is looking to hire a Contractor for Winter Maintenance Services for Paramount Fine Foods Centre. The scope of work under this contract shall include the provision of equipment, labour and materials to perform various winter maintenance operations for the Paramount Fine Foods Centre which includes parking lots, roadways, walkways and sidewalks. The work involves monitoring weather conditions and patrolling the stations as well as initiating winter maintenance activities such as supply and placement of anti-icing / de-icing materials, plowing (mechanically and manually) and hauling of excess snow.
