Description

The present Bases refer to the conditions and Technical characteristics required for the "PONATINIB ACQUISITION", hereinafter "The Medicine", for a term of twenty-four 24 months. The acquisition of the required medicines through CENABAST Supply Center will be activated every time there is a non-compliance, and for the Stock in the warehouse. These will be supplied to the patients of the Health Precinct, all in accordance with the Purchasing and Contracting Plan year 2024 PAC, Administrative and Technical Bases, Technical Requirements, detailed in Annex Nº 2 and other annexes that constitute the referred call for bids.
The medicine to be acquired must comply with the conditions established by the manufacturer, for this purpose, the good storage and distribution practices for drugstores and warehouses of pharmaceutical products for human use must be ensured, in what is pertinent to the activities for which it is authorized, Standard 147 of Good Storage and Distribution Practices for drugstores and warehouses of pharmaceutical products for human use applies, in relation to Supreme Decree N°4661984, of the Ministry of Health. A sanitary resolution from the ISP must be presented authorizing the activities of import, reception, storage and distribution of finished pharmaceutical products. In case of contracting services and representing the holder, a contract and the corresponding sanitary resolution must be attached.
