Description
The contract is required for the ERADICATION AND CONTROL SERVICE FOR THE HHHA AND ITS ANNEXED DEPENDENCIES, in accordance with the legislation in force, the Administrative Bases, Technical Bases and Annexes that constitute the referred call for Public Bids.
The purpose of this bid is to drive away pigeons and/or feral birds from the buildings of the Hospital and its Annexed Dependencies, as described in these Technical Bases. Therefore, first of all, it is required to clean and sanitize the areas where they roost and/or nest, and then implement a system to prevent the settlement, entry and nesting of these birds. The bidder must consider in its offer the Control, Eradication and Reproduction of Pigeons and/or feral birds in the different sectors indicated, always considering, as a first action, the use of non-mutilating preventive elements to prevent the entry of this type of animal.
For the efficient performance of the eradication, control and reproduction of pigeons and/or feral birds, the successful bidder must have certified, modern and adequate equipment for the infrastructure of the Hospital and its annexes, as well as trained personnel corresponding to their functions and sufficient for the needs and/or requirements of the establishment. This Bidding will consider the use of preventive elements or machinery for this task, and the use of mutilating and/or traumatic elements for these types of animals is strictly forbidden.
