This is a dynamic purchasing system for CBR's communications department, concerning 11 categories of services
CBR regularly hires agencies that can provide strategic advice on:- Brand strategy - Reputation - Internal communication - External communication - Customer journey/customer experience CX - designIn addition to advice, implementation of the strategy is also part of the assignment.The assignments have a result-oriented character and no obligation of effort. The assignments should be completed in the form of a research/advice/results report. CBR conducts public campaigns towards various target groups. CBR focuses on the following target groups: 1. Aspiring driver 2. The above list is indicative and not exhaustive. CBR needs various forms of research. Reputation research On a 2-yearly basis CBR examines its reputation among various target groups (public, driving schools, stakeholders). This is done through quantitative research.2. Qualitative research CBR conducts qualitative research (focus groups, 1-on-1 interviews) several times a year among different target groups (public, stakeholder, business). Retrieving data through qualitative research is descriptive and results are presented in words.3. Quantitative research CBR regularly conducts quantitative research among the public or customers. Examples include research into 'the instructor's ride along' or customer satisfaction/reputation research/satisfaction research by means of questionnaires. Campaign effect measurements also fall under this category. Quantitative research involves the collection of a large amount of numerical data (numbers).Within market research, queries can be done that are consistent with the Customer Experience, customer journey surveys, CX/UX/EX measurements and related surveys.CBR has campaigns conducted by certain parties. Effect measurements will be conducted by a different party than the party designing/implementing the campaign and therefore also constitute a separate assignment. CBR needs recruitment campaigns to recruit, for example, examiners and other specialist personnel. CBR is looking for an agency that can provide strategic advice and design campaigns. CBR produces communication tools on a daily basis that are distributed on a smaller or larger scale. Examples include posters, banners, videos, photos, animations, newsletters, infographics.CBR needs flexible suppliers who can produce these resources quickly and at low cost. CBR has many letters, mails and web pages that need to be provided with understandable texts (also HTML copywriters). For this, CBR needs a copywriter/copywriter who is flexible and quickly deployable. The contractor in question must be able to handle a higher volume (at least 10 articles per month). It must be an agency that works on an obligation for results, not aimed at hiring individual freelancers. (CBR regularly hires agencies to organize an event, such as the CBR Day. CBR organizes activating events on a limited scale with the aim of generating PR. These include public campaigns on the street around the use of alcohol & drugs in traffic or playful campaigns or activities to increase the focus and concentration of exam candidates. Activation can apply both internally and externally in the organization. Engaging organizations on a project basis where the contractor can provide demonstrable evidence of knowledge and experience in the field of the ICT tools listed below. It is emphasized that supplying the tools as a product to CBR is not within scope (CBR already has a master agreement for the purchase of software). The work areas see to:Tooling: Content planning tooling, Content publishing tooling, CRM, Messaging (Bynder/ Salesforce/ Hootsuite, Brand watch social media), newsfeeds or snippet newspaper, image database and corporate identity monitoring.Communication advice and creation: SEA & SEO, developing as well as social media/ content marketing campaigns, UX and on- offline communications. CBR needs a media agency for procurement of on- and offline media. Initially focused on labor market communication. Secondarily purchase public campaigns. CBR regularly hires agencies that can provide strategic advice on the following: - Customer experience - Employee experience - Supplier experience In addition to advice, drawing up and implementing strategy is also part of the assignment. The assignments are result-oriented and not an obligation of effort.
