Postage - Stamping machine for CISSSMC
L'ORGANISME PUBLIC, le Centre Intégré de Santé et de Services Sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC), is requesting bids for the rental of a postage meter for its two RLS messaging services.
Award method: lowest price
Term - Goods : The Contract shall expire after a period of ONE (1) year from its commencement, unless terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract.
Contract duration: 12 months
Options: 2 renewal options of one year each
Bid security: No bid security
Applicable agreements: CETA, CCAQA and ALEC
Receipt and opening of bids: Bidders must obtain the documents transmitted via the SEAO. To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the tender notice. Bids submitted electronically via the SEAO are also accepted.
Tenders will not be opened in person. A link to the online TEAMS meeting will be sent, on the morning of the opening, to all bidders who have ordered their AO documents via the SEAO.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a SUBMITTER if this request is sent to it less than THREE (3) working days before the closing date and time set for the receipt of Submissions.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received under this call for tenders.
