Description
The project aims to improve two pre-existing green areas, covering a total area of approximately 1,047.86 m2. In order to improve the quality of these spaces, the playgrounds and exercise machines will be relocated, establishing a central entertainment and exercise area in both squares.
Likewise, the installation of pedestrian fences on the perimeters of both squares is contemplated, together with the construction of a concrete wall in the sector that borders between Los Nogales and Jorge Inostroza, with the purpose of reinforcing security in these areas. This will encourage the activation of these places through their regular use by the residents of the community, while at the same time recovering and enhancing the existing vegetation, incorporating the planting of various plant species of low water consumption and optimizing the existing pavements.
