Planting measures at the RW infiltration basin in 16303 Schwedt/OderLandscape construction work In 2024, a rainwater infiltration basin was built in the course of the new road construction "Zum Fuchsberg" in the Schwedt district of Schöneberg.the subject of the present tender is the outstanding planting including completion (1 year) and development maintenance (2 years) on the basis of the decision of the Lower Nature Conservation Authority of the Uckermark district dated June 21, 2023 (AZ: 2023/681.7/020/UNB) and the present planning documents of the landscape architecture office Reif + Eberhard.06.2023 (AZ: 2023/681.7/020/UNB) and the available planning documents of the landscape architecture office Reif + Eberhard.the scope of the service to be provided essentially comprises:The new planting of- approx. 300 m² planting areas as well as the planting and maintenance of- 16 trees- 83 shrubs- 36 climbing plants- 600 perennialsThe implementation period of the investment measure is planned for spring 2025. The maintenance measures will follow.note: According to the decision of the Lower Nature Conservation Authority of 21.06.2023 (AZ: 2023/681.7/020/UNB), only autochthonous woody plants from the area of origin 1.2 North German Lowlands are to be used. Only in exceptional cases is it possible to switch to the area of origin 2.1, 2.2 or 2 (Central and Eastern German Lowlands and Hills). the proof must be submitted to the client before ordering from the nursery. if the proof for the area of origin 1.2 (negative response from at least three suppliers of native woody plants, including at least two regional suppliers), an exemption permit for the use of woody plants from the areas of occurrence 2.1, 2.2 or 2 can be applied for from the State Office for the Environment.
