III. Description of the subject of the order 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in cutting down bushes and trees along Nida river embankments and cutting down bushes and trees from the embankment body and at a distance of 3 m from the foot of flood embankments of the Nidzica river - works in accordance with the list of items for individual sections. Potential damages resulting from the performance of the service and their removal shall be borne by the Contractor at its expense and risk, including possible claims of third parties in connection with the performance of the order in question.2 The Contractor's obligations shall include ensuring systematic environmental supervision during the performance of works in order to secure the natural values of the area. Moreover, the nature supervision will be carried out by the employees of PGW WP.3 on a (random) basis.The above services will consist in: 3.1. List of the scope of activities in the Water Supervision Area of Busko-Zdrój 3.1.1. cutting down bushes and trees along the back embankments of the Nida River: 1. cutting down trees with a diameter of 10-15 cm - 115 pieces;2. removing shrubs up to 10 years old - 0.98 ha;3. removing residues (small branches) with the use of a chipper;4. milling of protruding trunks after cutting on the embankments of the dyke; 5. making a cement smoothing on the bridgehead of the lock in km 3+640 of the left Nida River embankment in order to tightly adhere to the dyke; 6. repair of the ramp on the right dyke of the Nida River in km 3+399 in the city of Nowy Korczyn.The cutting is planned only in places indicated by the Ordering Party, where the bushes grow on the dyke embankment or at a distance of 3 meters from the dyke foot of the dyke. Thicker branches should be transported to the indicated places by the supervisor and stacked, possibly cutting into smaller pieces will be decided by the supervisor. Small branches should be chipped in places convenient for the Contractor or transported to 1 place for chopping. Milling of protruding trunks, in particular on the embankments of the embankment. The scope of work related to the cutting and the scope of work is determined by the premature measurement (Attachment No. 10 to the ToR), which is of informative nature, taking into account the lump sum form of remuneration3.1.2. Cutting down bushes and trees from the body of the embankment and at a distance of 3 m from the foot of the flood embankments of the river Nidzica: 1. cutting down trees with a diameter of 10-15 cm - 1 pc.;2. cutting down trees with a diameter of 16-25 cm - 5 pc.;3. cutting down trees with a diameter of 26-35 m - 7 pc.;4. cutting down trees with a diameter of 10-15 cm - 1 pc. 46-55 cm - 2 pieces; 5. 56-65 cm tree felling - 3 pieces; 6. 80 cm tree felling - 1 piece; 7. 150 cm tree felling - 1 piece; 8. 0.026 ha manual felling and clearing of dense bushes and undergrowth - 0.026 ha; 9. 32 mp felling of felling residue - 32 mp.;10. milling logs after felling - 20 pieces;11. supplementing the body of the shaft and hardening the passage in km 1+748 of the right bank of the river Nidzica together with the purchase of land;  put the cut trees in piles in the place of felling, the possible cutting into smaller parts will be decided by the supervisor. The scope of work related to the cutting and the scope of work is determined by the foreframe (Appendix No. 10 to the ToR), which is of informative nature, taking into account the lump sum form of remuneration4. The subject of the contract should be performed: - under the terms and conditions specified in this ToR (hereinafter referred to as "tender documentation"), - model contract and in accordance with: - conditions of the Contracting Authority, - applicable health and safety regulations, - Polish standards and applicable industry standards, - Technical Specification for the performance and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 9 to the ToR) The integral part of the description of the subject of the contract are maps in accordance with Appendix No. 8 to the ToR.The Purchaser recommends that, before submitting a tender, the Economic Operator conducts an on-site inspection in the field and obtains, at his own risk and risk, all relevant information that may be necessary for the preparation of the tender. The Contractor shall carry out an on-site inspection at its own expense.
