Description
Maynooth University has an immediate requirement for an infrared gas exchange analyser (IRGA) suitable for measuring CO2 assimilation and transpiration of individual plant leaves and small herbaceous plants (e.g. Arabidopsis thaliana). This IRGA must be compatible with laboratory-based and field-based experimentation. The specifications required for the IRGA, light sources, plant/leaf chambers are detailed within.
