The subject of the contract is the planning services for the construction of a new waterway rest area in the municipality of Brünzow for sailors in the "Greifswalder Bodden - Südlicher Strelasund" area.1. construction of the hydraulic engineering protective structures (piers),2. construction of harbour facilities (jetties, filling station, waste water disposal),3. construction of the sanitary and registration buildings,4. technical and traffic development (water, waste water, electricity, open spaces),5. construction of compensation measures. Construction of the sanitary and registration buildings,4. technical and traffic development (water, sewage, electricity, outdoor facilities),5. construction of compensatory measures.the services of planning, tendering as well as construction execution and construction supervision are to be provided.the planning includes:- planning of the engineering structures according to HOAI §41, basic services of the service phases 1 to 9 as well as special services for a. Open space planning of the surface pavements, plantings and compensatory measures in accordance with HOAI §39, basic services for work phases 1 to 9 as well as special services,- Structural planning in accordance with HOAI §51, basic services for work phases 1 to 6 as well as special services for a. pier facilities, b. jetties, dolphins and c. the slipway. Planning of the technical equipment of the filling station, lighting, building equipment according to HOAI §53, basic services of the work phases 1 to 9 as well as special services for a. Filling station, waste water disposal, b. High rise sanitary facilities, registration building and c. Development,- Planning of the sanitary facilities, registration building according to HOAI §33, basic services of the service phase 1 to 9 as well as special services,- Special service surveying, design surveying of the measure area including depth sounding,- Special service flow survey/current simulation,- Special service navigation simulation,- Special service subsoil survey,- Ecological construction supervision,- Special services are to be provided in: a. Service phase 2: Drawing up plans of existing pipelines, obtaining extracts from the land register, cadastre and other official documents; in: b. Service phase 7: Examination and evaluation of secondary offers; in c. Service phase 8: Cost control, checking of supplements, preparation of construction log, local construction supervision, production supervision of corrosion protection; in d. Service phase 9: Monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation periods.The following chargeable costs are provisionally estimated:- Hydraulic engineering installations §41 HOAI:a. Slipway: EUR 55 000.00 net.A general planning contract is being sought and is to be concluded as a stage contract. The services are to be commissioned in stages according to stage I (work phases 1 to 4), stage II (work phases 5 and 6) and stage III (work phases 7 to 9).
The aim of the project is the creation of a waterway rest area at the port of Vierow in the municipality of Brünzow for yachtsmen in the area "Greifswalder Bodden - Südlicher Strelasund".The port of Vierow is an important economic factor for the municipality and has so far been used for the loading and unloading of seagoing and inland waterway vessels as well as for the temporary storage of commercial, especially agricultural goods. Due to the increasing draught of the ships, there is growing competition from larger ports. Against this background, a tourism use is to be established as a further main pillar and to contribute to the further development of the port from a pure commercial use to a mixed commercial and tourism use.The port is located in the sailing area "Greifswalder Bodden - Südlicher Strelasund". With the development of the harbour as a water hiking resting place, the creation of an offer for sailing ships, for hiking sailors and day trips, is planned. In the location concept "Spatially compatible development of marinas in the planning region of Western Pomerania" of the Regional Planning Association of Western Pomerania, a deficit of guest berths was identified in the section between Greifswald and the confluence with the Peene River. Therefore, the resting place for water tourists also contributes to closing the gap and thus to the attractiveness and further development of the sailing area. In the future, the berth can be used by sailing boats (width up to 3.0 m, length up to 10.0 m, draught 1.5 m), sailing yachts (width up to 5.5 m, length up to 20.0 m, draught 2.0 m) or motorised boats.The following offers and uses are envisaged:- Approximately 150 berths, predominantly for boat lengths up to 10 m, supplementary for boat lengths for up to 20 m,- Sanitary facilities and a kiosk for the supply of the sailors,- Delivery possibilities by passenger car to the berths,- Water and electricity connections at the berths,- A boat refuelling station and a faeces extraction system in the entrance area of the waterway rest area,- A location for the registration/harbour master's office with 3 additional berths,- A slipway.The berths, as the core component of the water trail rest area, will be located to the west of the existing harbor pier. The future harbour basin will be framed to the north, west and east by piers, the access is located above the eastern pier. The eastern pier represents the hydraulic separation of the waterway rest area from the industrially used harbour facilities (finger pier). The breakwaters are constructed as breakwaters with fortifications made of armourstones. In order to create the water depths required for the types of vessels considered, the future harbour basin will be dredged to a depth of 3.0 m water depth. The dredged material produced can be used in part for the construction of the jetties. The berths will be realized by floating jetties and are accessible by ramps. The distance between the jetties is 3.5 times the respective design-relevant berth length. About 140 berths for boat lengths up to 10 m and about 10 berths for boat lengths up to 20 m are planned. The width of the berths is 3.5 m and 7.5 m respectively. For the supply of the sailing boats, electricity and water connections are provided at the jetties as well as sewage disposal facilities and boat refuelling facilities at the eastern breakwater of the harbour. Sanitary facilities in the immediate vicinity of the berths as well as a kiosk are planned for the supply of the sailors. A slipway will be installed between the eastern pier and the finger pier. 3 m of fill will be placed along the steep coast to provide access to the berths and to supply the kiosk. In order to protect the access road and the harbour from the debris of the adjacent cliff, a distance area is planned between the cliff and the harbour, which will be partially filled with sand.An initial subsoil survey to assess the reusability of the excavated soil is available.
