Germany - Planning services for the construction and installation of a 10 kV transfer station

Description

Planning services for the construction and installation of a 10 kV transfer station and a georedundant route system in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-4 (to be commissioned permanently) and optionally service phases 5-9 (to be commissioned in stages after approval by the BSR management and supervisory bodies) at the Gradestraße 73\/81, 12347 Berlin site.

The existing 10 kV grid connection of a BSR plant at the 10 kV transfer station to be planned is to be relocated in order to realize a separate 10 kV grid at the site for all BSR buildings and to dismantle the existing individual 0.4 kV grid connections in the longer term.

The main points for the presentation of the overall project are as follows:
Electrical engineering planning:
- Comprehensive planning of the electrotechnical systems for a 10 kV transfer station
- Preparation of the necessary network, load and short-circuit plans, as planned, for the medium voltage, taking into account future construction projects
o At least 2 x 10 kV rings must be provided for this purpose
o 10 kV existing ring
o 10 kV main ring, the "new" consumers and the future bioenergy plant
o The interface here is the 0.4 kV circuit breaker after the transformer of the existing system
- Cable dimensioning and empty conduit assignment of the 10 kV for the planned expansion
- Planning the rerouting of the existing 10 kV cable connection to the planned transfer station
- Consideration and coordination of the connection to the existing road system and compliance with bending radii via the civil engineering work
- Consideration of earthing, lightning protection if necessary, and coordination with the building construction trade
Architecture (structural engineering) Specialist planning includes
- Planning the construction of a 10 kV transfer station and, if necessary, obtaining static reports
- Obtaining any necessary planning permission for a 10 kV transfer station
- Planning the raised floor for the electrotechnical systems in the transfer station
- Planning the openings in the transfer station for the connection of an empty conduit system
Specialist planning for civil engineering & engineering structures:
- Design of cable shafts and the empty conduit system for connecting the transfer station to the VNB and BSR existing empty conduit system, including the connection from the VNB if necessary
- Planning the connection of this empty conduit system to the existing empty conduit system of the VNB, as well as the existing BSR system
- Checking and planning these connections with regard to core drillings min. DN110\/125
