Description
Planning services Lph. 1-7 in the Dresden main station for the renewal of a fire alarm system Cat. 1 (full protection) according to DIN 14 675 in the entire station with the following building type and use:
- Special building oPva,
- Workplace, office building,

The planning essentially consists of:
a) Planning of the renewal of the existing 1 central control unit, 6 sub-central control units, associated battery power supplies according to standard as well as additional connection to the existing emergency power system (NEA), consideration of the central periphery under the aspect of replacement at the Bosch factory,
Alarming by connection to existing voice alarm system, connection to the local fire department control center
b) Planning the elimination of BMA defects from expert inspections
c) Development / planning of a fire control matrix
d) Planning / organization / participation in principle of operation test
e) Checking for completeness / correctness or creation of a planning basis with regard to the as-built documents
f) Management of the as-built documentation during the planning / execution period for tenant fit-out planning with BMA planning components taking place in the station
g) Participation / organization / support in the preparation of as-built documents in the context of acceptance / handover
Notes:
a) Planning not as a BIM project, creation of drawings in dwg / dxf / pdf
b) Implementation of the project during ongoing restructuring / construction measures other measures - observance of interfaces; support of coordination
c) Filing of completed planning phases in the PKP system of DB AG
d) Project management in iTWO with DB interface as cost and project time management system
