Description

Water Security Agency intends to contract with Canadian Dewatering L.P. of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the specialized expertise, equipment, and understanding of the operations unique to WSA’s required Pike Lake Water Supply Pumping Services. The intention is to leverage the experience gained performing this specialized work, while enabling WSA to provide consistent delivery of water supply to maintain desirable water level at Pike Lake over a multi-year period. Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the requirements identified in the Scope of Work  and are able to provide the products can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet these requirements. All statements of capabilities that are received will be evaluated to determine if one or more suppliers are capable of meeting the requirements.
