Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Health Services require services from Physiotherapists.
Objectives: To meet CSC’s mandate to implement primary health care and essential health services at all stages of an offender’s sentence: in particular the provision of physiotherapy as outlined in the statement of work.
Deliverables: To provide physiotherapy to offenders in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario professional practice standards and related guidelines at Warkworth Institution.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
