Description
There is a long list of a pharmaceutical schedule that you will be given if interested
1 sample in the package size being offered for products (samples should have a minimum of 4 months’ shelf life from the deadline date of bid submission). Where applicable, the University Hospital of the West Indies reserve the right to request samples if necessary. Samples must be labeled with the Item Number as stated in the Schedule of Requirements, Manufacturer’s Name/Label Name and Name of Tenderer.
Overseas and local bidders will be required to obtain valid Tax Compliance Certification (TCC) and Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration if they are selected for contract award. However, if any aspect of the contract will not be physically performed in Jamaica, the above is not a requirement for overseas bidders.
