Description

The subject matter of the contract in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, constituting an annex to the SWZ, is the purchase of electricity for the City of Belchatow and subordinate organizational units for the needs of operation of buildings, utility facilities, powering of street lighting and traffic lights. The purchase of electricity by the Ordering Party for the purposes of powering the above-mentioned facilities will be carried out in accordance with the rules set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis. The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts according to the tariff groups of Energy Points - according to the order documents. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the contracting authority's requirements for the execution of the contract are presented in the tender documentation constituting the attachments to the Terms of Reference posted at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/belchatow.

The purchase of electricity by the Ordering Party for the purposes of powering the above-mentioned facilities will be carried out in accordance with the rules set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis. The subject of the contract for Part 1 by tariff groups of Energy Points - in accordance with the contract documents. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with respect to Part 1 and the contracting authority's requirements for the performance of the contract are presented in the tender documents constituting the annexes to the Terms of Reference posted at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/belchatow. The Contractor joining the proceedings in question is subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL, Article 7(1)(1)-(3) of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions to counteract support for aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security, and Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU)No. 833/2014 of July 31, 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine, and Article 109(1)(4) of the PPL.
