The City of Saint-Pascal is requesting bids, by way of a public call for tenders, for paving work on Notre-Dame Street.
TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tenderers may obtain a copy of the specifications and tender form through the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) accessible at the following Internet address www.seao.gouv.qc.ca by paying the prescribed costs. The documents will be available from September 6, 2024.
SUBMISSION CONDITIONS
Only persons, partnerships or companies holding the license required under the Building Act (RLRQ, c. B.-1.1) and having their principal place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by such agreement, are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Bids must be made on the form and bid form provided with the specifications, and must be accompanied by a bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including applicable taxes. This bid guarantee must be in the form of a certified cheque payable to the City of Saint-Pascal or in the form of a bid bond issued in favour of the City by an insurance company authorized to act as surety.
TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be received at the Saint-Pascal Town Hall, 465, rue Taché, Saint-Pascal, G0L 3Y0, in sealed envelopes addressed to the attention of Me Louise St-Pierre, clerk, until 10 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, to be opened the same day, at the same location, immediately after the deadline. Envelopes must be marked "Tender - Pavage de la rue Notre-Dame".
Ville de Saint-Pascal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Ville de Saint-Pascal will not be liable for any claims or actions for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
