Description

this call for tenders is organized in accordance with the provisions of the French Public Procurement Code relating to concession contracts, as well as Articles L. 1411-1 to L. 1411-18 of the French General Local Authorities Code (Cgct). It concerns the award of a public service concession contract for the operation of six multi-storey parking lots and three enclosed car parks, representing a total of 2,569 spaces, located within the city of Caen, to a qualified operator offering all the required technical, professional and financial guarantees.
In addition to article Ii.1.4, the concessionaire will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service, and will bear the operating risks. The public parking concession includes : - operation of 6 underground car parks, - operation of 3 surface car parks equipped with barriers. The concessionaire will be required to pay a fee in return for the right to operate the parking lots and for the provision by the concessioning authority of the equipment required for this operation. This fee will comprise a fixed annual portion, the amount of which will be proposed by the bidder, and a variable portion based on sales (excluding VAT).
