Description

The City of Lloydminster invites Vendors to provide Proposals for implementing the City’s ArcGIS Parcel Fabric. The City maintains approximately 12,000 land parcels using ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal 11.1, and are stored in an SQL Server. The City seeks to hire a firm to migrate the existing GIS parcel layers, land use layers, and zoning layers, maintained as polygon feature classes, into the Parcel Fabric. The City of Lloydminster straddles the Alberta and Saskatchewan border. It receives data from two provincial entities: the ISC for Saskatchewan and Altalis for Alberta.
