Description
"Tender for Panorama Recreation Centre – Energy Recovery System Contract No. 80.24.04-06” will be received by Peter Trotter, P .Eng., Project Manager, Parks, Recreation & Environmental Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00PM local time on Friday, November 29, 2024, at which time they will be opened in private.The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all materials, equipment, labour, and related items necessary tocomplete the work to provide a functioning Heat Recovery System in compliance with this contract and thedesign specifications (See Engineering Drawings and Specifications).A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Panorama Recreation Centre, 1885 Forest Park Drive,North Saanich at 10:00am, November 1, 2024 or at 10:00am, November 13, 2024 The tenderer may chooseone of the two options for the site tour. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work.
