Description
CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale is seeking bids from companies (hereinafter referred to as BIDDER or SUPPLIER) for a pager replacement solution.
Contract period and award :
The contract is for a THREE (3) year pager replacement solution including TWO (2) option years of ONE (1) year each. It commences upon contract award.
Bid guarantee
No bid security is required for this call for tenders.
Performance bond
No performance bonds are required for this tender.
Receipt of bids
Tenders, accompanied by all required documents, will be received in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at the Procurement and Contractual Department, CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale, 2915 Avenue Bourg-Royal, Québec, QC, G1C 3S2. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tenders will be opened online. A team link will be sent to you by addendum.
Tender documents can only be obtained through the SE@O electronic tendering system at www.seao.ca or at 514-856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area, and toll-free at 1-866-669-7326 for residents outside Montreal.
Complaint filing date (RFP) :
