View Changes 8/19/24 - The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to revise Section L and Attachment L-6 of the subject solicitation. Offerors are responsible for reviewing these changes to ensure understanding of the requirements identified therein.
The due date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged at 05:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on September 30, 2024.

Notice to interested parties and prospective offerors that the Department of Energy (DOE) is releasing the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation No. 89303324REM000130, for the Paducah Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) procurement. The Final RFP can be found on the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) Paducah ISS procurement website at https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/PAD_ISS.
Questions pertaining to the Final RFP shall be submitted in writing to the Paducah ISS email address at PADISS2024@emcbc.doe.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, August 27, 2024. Prospective Offerors shall use the enclosed “Industry Comment Template” when submitting questions in accordance with the Final RFP Provision L.5(h) Questions. In order for a thorough and timely response to all questions, Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit questions pertaining to the Final RFP as early as possible, but no later than the date shown above.
The established due date for receipt of proposal submission is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on September 30, 2024, as specified on the Standard Form (SF 33), Solicitation, Offer and Award (See Section A, Block 9).
