Description
GIP PACRRET would like to entrust a third-party company with the task of maintaining the inter-institutional broadband network in operational condition.
The holder of the framework agreement will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervision of the PACRRET network;
- Maintain and operate active equipment;
- Supply additional equipment and services on request to meet PACRRET network upgrade requirements throughout the duration of the framework agreement.
In particular, the contractor will offer a one-stop service for the various parties involved:
- GIP PACRRET ;
- All partner sites (user establishments connected to the network);
- Local authorities involved in the project;
- Internet service providers (RENATER and COLT);
- The company holding the framework agreement for implementation and maintenance of the PACRRET network optical fibers (ENSIO);
The PACRRET network is RENATER's collection network for partner sites. As such, it must provide a level of service in compliance with the RENATER collection network agreement.
In particular, the selected company must have a Network Supervision Center (CSR) and all the skills and resources required to maintain and operate the equipment, as well as integration services for network extensions and upgrades.
The technical and performance terms of this framework agreement are set out in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) and the Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP).
