Description
Our people are at the heart of our business and our ambition is to have a strong programme of internal communications that also provides great two-way comms initiatives. To achieve this, we need to drive the level of interaction and two-way engagement with our people. We believe communications should be simple, easy, and accessible for all. Our current platforms and channels are quite traditional and while we’re achieving good interaction levels, we want to do better. We aim to be brilliant at the basics, which includes the communications platform and approach we use. We’re at the starting line of a change in thinking in terms of how we manage employee communications in daa. We’re looking for a Tenderer to partner with us to meet our communications needs, together with the needs of our diverse workforce. We have almost 4,000 people in Ireland across three locations, and we want to ensure our people have the information they want, when they want it, and that it’s easy for them to find it. We are looking for a single front door to employee comms and information, strong two-way initiatives and accessible information on the go – we want one accessible employee comms platform/system for our people across our Group.
