Description

Overall measure: New building (new building section I) and restructuring (new building\/demolition of building section II and building section III)
of the former comprehensive school Senefelder-Schule Treuchtlingen in several construction phases during ongoing school operations.
As part of the restructuring, the three types of school - secondary school, intermediate school and grammar school - will be combined in one building under the umbrella of the integrated and differentiated comprehensive school and equipped with flexible rooms and learning areas.
As the construction work will take place while the school is still open, several construction phases are planned:
- Preliminary phase: Partial demolition Existing building "canteen" for new building project BT I;
- 1st construction phase: three-storey new building BT I school subject classes on the eastern plot:
- 2nd construction phase: Demol. Existing specialist classes;
- New sports hall BT II;
- 3rd construction phase: Demol. existing sports hall;
- Three-storey new school building BT III:
Classes\/administration teachers' room - follow-up: Demolition of existing classroom wing and lunchtime supervision
