Description
The new "Hamburg Juvenile Institution" is to be built on the site of Billwerder Prison in Hamburg-Billwerder. The space required for the project will be covered in part by an undeveloped area on the current grounds of the Billwerder prison and in part by the acquisition of adjoining agricultural land to the south-east.
In the course of preliminary measures, the existing wall around the site of the future juvenile detention center was cut open and extended.
