Description

View Changes This contract will involve the commissioning of building design, construction support, and operation evaluations of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and renewable energy systems and assemblies for the new Osceola Ranger District Administrative Site.  The objective of this commissioning support and design direction is to ensure a facility that meets the needs of the Forest Service, reduces operation and maintenance costs, eliminates deferred maintenance, and is resilient to climate change and extreme weather.
There is no scheduled site visit for this project, further coordination and questions may be directed to Christopher Malley, CS, at christopher.malley@usda.gov and Sean Baldwin, COR, at sean.baldwin@usda.gov

Amendment 0001 has been added in addition to a revised copy of the solicitation which clarifies and removes the requirement for a Price Proposal submission at this time. Updates to the revised solicitation are cited within Amendment 0001.

Technical proposals are due NLT 11/22/24 @ 1700 ET.
