The subject matter of the contract is supply of knee joint endoprostheses together with rental of a system for endoprosthetic treatment of the knee joint and supply of consumables, including:A. Supply of knee joint endoprostheses:1. The subject matter of the contract is supply of knee joint endoprostheses to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Złotej Jesieni 1), according to the description and requirements included in Appendix no. 1A to this SWZ.2.B. Rental of the knee replacement system:1 The subject of the contract is rental of the knee replacement system, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1B to this SWZ.2.Offers that do not have the full scope of the subject matter of the contract will be rejected.3 Other terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the draft agreement, attached as Appendix No. 3B to this SWZ.C. Supply of consumable materials necessary for the performance of endoprosthetic procedures:1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of consumable materials necessary for the performance of endoprosthetic procedures, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1C to this SWZ.2Bids that do not have the full scope of the subject matter of the order will be rejected.3. Other terms and conditions of the order are specified in the draft agreement, attached as Appendix No. 3C to the SWZ.
