Description
The GOS is seeking a qualified owner's representative team (ORT) to provide design and design compliance services for the future Watson Long Term Care Home (the Project) throughout the pre-design, procurement, design, construction, and close-out phases. This project is intended to be located on greenfield site north of the Watson Community Health Center and will include:
New 60 beds facility, consisting of four wings with 15 beds in each of the wings;
Common spaces (dining room, game room, meeting room, lounges, spiritual spaces, exercise rooms);
Support and service spaces (kitchen, food storage, reception area, staff room, manager office, laundry, house cleaning, among others ); and
Available spaces for future expansion
