Amendment 0001 -  This amendment is created to incorporated response to questions posted by the vendors and
clarifications to the statement of work,
The following solicitation documents are hereby incorporated as part of the solicitation:
1) Amendment 0001 - Responses to Questions - Orlando Executive Airport Air Traffic Control
Tower Slatwall/Consoles Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation
2) Orlando Executive Airport Air Traffic Control Tower Positions Power Drawing

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for the Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of a Slatwall/Consoles system at the Orlando Executive Airport Air Traffic Control Tower, located at 4599 ORL Tower Lane, Orlando, FL 32807. To support this effort the FAA is seeking offers from firms possessing the capability and experience necessary to provide modular slat-wall style and consoles. The responses to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in order to select the firm that offers the best value to the FAA. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals and intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this SIR.
Durability, efficiency, and flexibility are the keys to the effectiveness of a proposed system. The equipment must last through the rigors of daily use in an environment where the equipment may be in use 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Specific requirements associated with this effort can be found in the attached SIR documents.
This requirement is set-aside for all small business concerns and Question concerning this solicitation must be received prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Please email your questions to Hector L De Jesus @ hector.l.de.jesus@faa.gov.
In order to be considered Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and offers must include all of the required documents outline in Section L of the solicitation.

The FAA will not pay for and is not liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of responses to this announcement. Any costs associated with the submission of a response to this request are solely at the interested vendor’s expense.
