Canada - Oracle database management tool for ITQ and its customers

Purpose of the call for tenders
Infrastructures technologiques Québec (ITQ) is seeking bids for the acquisition of a management tool for Oracle databases, including maintenance (updates) and technical assistance.
Summary description of options
It is also intended to allow ITQ to avail itself of an additional acquisition portion of up to 20% of the amount of firm acquisitions in order to acquire additional properties identical to those initially acquired, at the same price and intended to meet the same needs.
The estimated quantities are indicated in order to calculate the lowest price and do not represent a commitment on the part of ITQ. By submitting a bid in the context of this call for tenders, the supplier acknowledges and accepts that the information, data or estimates provided by ITQ are only approximations. Accordingly, the supplier waives any and all claims, suits, or demands arising from ITQ's provision of such information, data, or estimates.

Submission of bids
Only bids received no later than the time and date set for the receipt of bids will be considered, whether they were transmitted on paper or through the Government of Québec's electronic call for tenders system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca.
Paper bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be clearly identified (company name, tender number and closing date). It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that the documents are sent to :

In the case of an electronic submission, the submission documents must be combined into a single PDF file. The maximum size allowed for the combined file is 75 MB.
Opening Bids
Due to government-imposed health measures, the presence of the public is not permitted for the opening of bids in this tender. The opening session with witnesses will be conducted and filmed. The electronic file will be placed on the electronic tendering system (SEAO) following the opening and made available to the public as an addendum.
